Codon Corps is offering one day cross-disciplinary crash course on Nanobiotechnology, Biomedical Microfluidics, and Bioinspired Robotics.


The course has extensive hands-on wet lab and dry lab content designed inn accordance with the recent advances in science at the edge of engineering and biology with focus on nanotherapuetics for targeting antimicrobial drug resistance, development of biosensors for a variety of applications such as environmental monitoring, and the revolutionary microfluidics technology.

All of the course is either covered in dry lab or wet lab –
you will be working on a project for each of the topic including the following:

  • Green Synthesis of Copper and Silver Nanoparticles (Wet Lab)
  • Characterization of Synthesized Nanoparticles (Dry Lab + Wet Lab)
  • Utilizing Nanobiotechnology for Tackling Antimicrobial Drug Resistance (Wet Lab)
  • PMMA Microfluidics Based Lab on a Chip Devices ( Dry Lab + Wet Lab)
  • Open Source Bio – Engineering at the Edge of Synthetic Biology and BioMechatronics (Dry Lab + Wet Lab) and Much More …

Target audience:

Our main target audience for the training are students with major in life sciences, faculty members, and persons involved in R&D. However, any person with interest in the training is welcome as our primary objective is to empower people with modern day technologies.
